WOD 11-15-2010

Strength 5x5 deadlift

DWOD
4 rounds for time
20 lunges with 70lb barbell on back
30 box jumps
20 wallball shots (we will be throwing the ball an arbitrary height in the air as we have nothing to shoot for)
5 handstand pushups
