8 handstand pushups
8 L pull ups
8 ring dips
8 true push ups

Work at a pace that allows quality form with good range of motion.

The workout didn't appear to crazy hard, but after absolutely destroying chest tri's and shoulders on the bench it became incredibly difficult!
