As we don't have a Crossfit trainer it is necessary for us to remain balanced in our training. In doing so I think an effort to look for what we are weakest in is necessary. Our athletes will be measured by this rubric. When you have checked off all requirements for a certain level you are that level athlete. Just one exercise can hold you back!
